This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive event plans, considering objectives, target audience, budget, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all elements of the event are well-planned and executed efficiently.
  • Oversee on-site event management, addressing issues as they arise to ensure a smooth and successful event.

Production Management:

  • Manage all aspects of event production, including audiovisual requirements, staging, lighting, and other technical elements.
  • Collaborate with production teams to create and implement innovative and engaging event experiences.
  • Ensure the technical setup aligns with the event's goals and requirements.

Vendor Management:

  • Identify and negotiate with vendors for various event services, including catering, audiovisual equipment, decorations, etc.
